Return & Refund Policy — Peptara Lab

All products sold by Peptara Lab are strictly for research purposes only and are not intended for human consumption.

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original sealed packaging. To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Opened or unsealed products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances due to the nature of research compounds and quality control requirements.

Damaged or incorrect orders — if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refund processing — approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Peptara Lab reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
