Terms of Service — Peptara Lab

By accessing or placing an order on peptaralab.eu, you agree to the following terms in full.

1. Research Use Only All products sold by Peptara Lab are intended strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic use, or therapeutic purposes. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher and will use all products accordingly.

2. Age Requirement You must be 18 years or older to purchase from Peptara Lab. By placing an order you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Orders & Pricing All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT where required. Peptara Lab reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including orders where pricing errors have occurred.

4. Product Information We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and purity data are accurate. All Certificates of Analysis are available for download on each product page.

5. Liability Peptara Lab accepts no liability for misuse of research compounds. The buyer assumes full responsibility for compliance with all applicable local laws regarding the purchase and handling of research chemicals.

6. Intellectual Property All content on peptaralab.eu including text, images, and branding is the property of Peptara Lab and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts.
