Shipping Policy — Peptara Lab

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or Bulgarian public holidays are processed the next business day.

Bulgaria — Domestic Shipping We ship via Еконт and Speedy. Delivery within Bulgaria takes 1–3 business days. Standard shipping: €3.50 Express shipping: €5.00 Free shipping on orders over €75. Cash on delivery (наложен платеж) is available for all Bulgarian orders.

European Union — International Shipping We ship to all EU member states. Delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on destination. Standard EU shipping: €12.00 Free EU shipping on orders over €75.

Packaging All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging. The package label will not reference Peptara Lab or the nature of the contents.

Tracking A tracking number is provided for every order via email once dispatched. You can track your order directly on the Еконт, Speedy, or courier website.

Customs & Import Duties For EU shipments, no customs duties apply. Peptara Lab is not responsible for any delays caused by customs inspections.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us and we will investigate immediately.
